A look back at Business Alianzas events in 2025.
2025 was a year like no other — one that tested us personally and professionally. Yet, through it all, our international team of extraordinary women helped Puente exceed nearly every goal we set.
We are profoundly grateful for the support of the Gordie Howe International Bridge Community Benefits Plan and the Gilbert Family Foundation, in collaboration with our fiscal sponsor, Global Detroit. Their investment, along with our growing network of partners, allowed our team to stay focused on what mattered most: doing the work, reaching meaningful milestones, and showing up consistently for small businesses.
A few highlights:
- We refreshed the Puente Family of logos to ensure consistent branding.
- We launched our new digital learning platform lazosglobal.com with the free course Paint Your Life.
- Bridget published her (first) book Harmony Aligned & our gratitude journal Seek Harmony.
- We celebrated the 10 year anniversary of Puente Cultural Integration and Puente de Conexión.
- We also organized and held all of the in-person and digital events below.
Women Alianzas
We had a great time networking, learning, and having fun last night at the Women Alianzas Happy Hour event! It’s always a joy to get together with such talented, motivated, powerful women. Thank you to all who came out and thank you to El Barzon for hosting us!

Bringing together such a dynamic group of inspiring women made for an evening full of meaningful connections and shared growth. Chelas con Contratistas
In September, we had a BBQ Picnic for our clients, their families, and their teams. We’re thankful to ABC Supply supplied and manned the grill, and thanks also to Cafecito Alvarez who kept us all cafeinated! Lots of fun was had by all!
